Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Zencopter account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, making sure to clear any previous shipping marks.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
